Tin & Partners Provides Comprehensive Support for Japanese Company’s Investment in Vietnam

A Japanese company seeking to invest in Vietnam through capital acquisition of an existing joint stock company and issuing additional capital recently engaged Tin & Partners for their investment support.

Under the leadership of Mr. Lawyer Duong Van Tin, with the assistance of Legal Specialist Ms. Vu Thi Ngoc Yen, Tin & Partners provided extensive support for the acquisition of contributed capital in the Vietnamese company. This included determining the transaction structure, drafting all necessary contracts and documents, applying for approval of foreign investment in a conditional business line in Vietnam, and drafting shareholder agreements and post-investment company charters.
