Job Description

We are seeking a Chinese-speaking Legal Officer / Paralegal to support our lawyers in the following areas:

  • Investment projects involving Chinese investors, including company incorporation, IRC/ERC applications, business registration changes, and post-establishment compliance.

  • Dispute matters where one party is a Chinese individual or enterprise (supporting case files, document review, and factual summaries).

  • Communicating and working with Chinese clients in Chinese and Vietnamese.

  • Assisting in drafting, translating, and reviewing basic legal documents.

  • Preparing dossiers and documents for work with government authorities and for dispute resolution purposes.

Requirements

  • Fluent Chinese (Mandarin) in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.

  • Basic legal knowledge with a clear orientation toward a legal/lawyer career path.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.

  • Careful, responsible, and able to work under clear legal instructions.

  • Able to perform well in a professional, high-pressure working environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with Chinese clients or Chinese-invested FDI enterprises.

  • Prior exposure to investment procedures, disputes, litigation, or arbitration is an advantage (not mandatory).

Salary

Tin & Partners is looking for a legal intern for HCMC Office with the details as below.
POSITION & DURATION:
– Position: Legal Internship (01 position) working in Ho Chi Minh City
– Internship duration: at least three (03) months
 
JOB DESCRIPTION:
– Support to conduct legal researches, updating and keeping alert of legal changes in relevant legislation;
– Support to prepare, submit application dossiers to authorities;
– Draft and review the simple contracts, agreements, arrangements, legal advices/memos, legal documents;
– Support to some office administration works; etc.,
 
REQUIREMENTS:
– 4th year students or fresh graduates from universities of law or law faculty of universities;
– Good command of English (understanding, speaking, writing);
– Conversant with Microsoft Office, Internet & E-mail;
– Be active & self-motivated and work well with colleagues.
