Mr. Kasamatsu has over 22 years of experience as a manager in financing, tax, capital investment, debt restructuring, banking transactions, and corporate finance in a variety of industries, including real estate, banking, industrial, and consumer products.

Prior to becoming a counsel at Tin & Partners, Mr. Kasamatsu held several important positions in well-known companies and leading groups worldwide, such as Vice President of MUFG Bank in Singapore, Manager of Management Advisory Division at MIRAI Consulting INC, and Senior Manager at AIC Vietnam CO.,LTD.

Currently, Mr. Kasamatsu serves as the General Director of Vista Management Company Limited, a company with many years of experience in financial consulting, investment, and business matching between Vietnam and Japan.

As a counsel, Mr. Kasamatsu connects and works with Japanese and Singaporean investors and other clients to implement projects in Vietnam and assists existing customers with mergers, acquisitions, and legal and capital-raising consulting.
